By accessing and using the websites, platforms, mobile application, and services of German Standard Group ("GSG", "we", "our", or "us"), including gsgroup.co, shop.gsgroup.co, and the GSG mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GSG provides veterinary products distribution, equipment supply, professional training through GSG Academy (in partnership with Improve Veterinary Education), and consulting services across the MENA region. Our services are delivered through: - Our website (gsgroup.co) and mobile application (GSG App) - Distribution of veterinary medicines, supplements, and equipment - In-person professional training courses at our branch locations - E-commerce platform for authorized customers (shop.gsgroup.co) - Veterinary consulting and advisory services

Certain services, including our e-commerce platform and mobile application features, require account registration and approval. Access to product listings and pricing on shop.gsgroup.co and the GSG App is restricted to approved veterinary professionals and authorized businesses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account across all platforms. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on our websites and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GSG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Brand names and logos of our partner brands remain the property of their respective owners.

When using our services, you agree not to: - Provide false or misleading information - Use our services for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with the proper functioning of our websites - Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our platforms without authorization - Resell products without proper distribution authorization from GSG

Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Some products, including controlled substances, are subject to regulatory requirements and may only be sold to licensed veterinary professionals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are subject to product availability and verification of customer authorization.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GSG mobile application for your personal or business use in connection with our services. You agree not to: - Copy, modify, or distribute the application - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application - Remove any copyright or proprietary notices - Use the application for any purpose other than accessing GSG services This license is subject to these Terms and any applicable terms from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. In the event of a conflict, the app store terms shall prevail for matters related to the app store.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
